This quilted hammock features a two layered canvas bed with a poly-fiber fill insert and is large enough to accomodate 2 people. This mold and mildew resistant filling creates a soft bed to lay in and makes for a more comfortable and cushioned hammock. This quilted hammock is 13 feet long, the body of the hammock measures 82 inches long and 55 inches wide. It features solid oak spreader bars that have been varnished three times to a durable and shiny finish. The brass grommets create a distinguished look and the zinc plated hardware is rated to hold up to 450 lbs. This Hammock is made of DuraCord® fabric. DuraCord is an improved canvas that features the softness of cotton and the durability of polyester. After doing a lot of research, I chose to buy a hammock from this company, mainly becuse of the fabric. It was a great deal, and arrived two days after my order was placed. I have not set it up yet, (only got it out of the box) but the quality looks superior and the color scheme is ideal. We will get a lot of use out this next summer.
